·         Keeping training materials up to date.
• Using IT to produce training materials and manuals.
• Management of all training materials of company.
• Organizing the using of training materials in company (also include e-learning).
·         • Identifying training and development needs within an organization.
·         • Make training plan monthly, quarterly.
• Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
• Organize training plan approved.
• Helping line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
• Supervising the work of trainers.
·         Appraisal of training effectiveness

·         • Appraisal competency of employee periodically.
• Identify quality of workforce as requirements.

Quality Management:
·         To promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
·         Ensuring compliance with standards.
·         Implementing quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
·         Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
·         Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
·         Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters.
·         Supervising quality staff in carrying out tests and checks.
·         Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.
·         Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.
·         Setting compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved

·         Assigning trainer responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies,
·         To conduct team communication meetings to ensure regular updates on curriculum enhancement and development and any other areas that are relevant and required.
·         Conducting audit and ensuring that all the data is ready to showcase to client as and when required.
·         Mapping trainer efficiency and maintaining data for training review.
·         Presenting the training review data to justify the function and ensuring co-ordination between training and operations.
