Roles & Responsibilities :-

              Recruitment & Selection

Handling recruitment IT and NON -IT for various organization
Responsible for recruitment and selection for senior, middle and lower level, staffing requirements of various clients.
Handled complete Recruitment Life Cycle-Sourcing,Short-listing Profiles,Candidates Tracking,Follow Ups.
Screening of resumes from various job portals, job posting, internal database and then conducting telephonic interviews, Job Posting and Mass Mailing..
Co-ordinating between candidates and clients follow up for getting all relevant data. 
Follow-up with the candidate till his actual joining the organization
Coordinating with the Recruitment Team pan India over the requirement.

             Payroll Management and Compliance

Generating monthly salary for all the employees
Maintaining the Statutory Records such as PF and ESIC.
Sending declarations forms to the employee who is eligible for the TDS.
Maintain all data related to Employees Example: Employee Master, Payroll Data etc.
Responsible for controlling personal files of employees.
Responsible to handle payroll induction including bank formalities. 
Generating Online ECR for PF every month
Responsible for the leave management and leave records on monthly basis.
And also keeping tracker of the new Joinee and Resigned employee records 
Preparing the salary break-up and also take care of salary revision.
Compiling salary inputs of new Joinee and  salary revision
Resolving the payroll related queries and issues .
                      

Joining and induction

Preparing and issuing the offer and other letters
Ensure the Joining related formalities are complete
Creating and maintaining the employee’s personal files 
Inducting the new joining into the organizational culture and HR policy

    Employee Engagement 

Interact with the employee to understand their concern and  issue and  also escalate the same to senior 
Keeping the tracker of the employee welfare such as  Birthday’s
Designing the newsletter 

Exit Formalities

Confirm relieving date, notice period and other formalities
Conducting the exit interview
Issuing the experience and relieving
Preparing the full and final settlement of employee and also PF withdrawal
