Key Responsibilities:
    Primary responsibility is to manage the HR function for the Company in India & Middle East which includes India, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain.
    Provide consulting and business partnering to Business managers in achieving company objectives
     Developing a ‘Trusted Advisor’ relationship with key leaders at multiple levels within the supported business group.
    Coaching and influencing key stake holders and managers to make decisions that are compatible with sound human resources best practices.
    Ensuring seamless delivery of HR support services, Disciplinary procedures, Joinee & Induction Process Cycle.
    Responsible for coordinating several human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, facilitation, records, benefits and employee services
    Preparation of high quality MIS to support detailed analysis and appropriate decision-making.
    Assisting the training teams with innovative ideas, training and coordinating training process.
    Employee welfare and engagement.
    Grievance handling, Payroll Management, Attendance, Exit policies and Process.
    Talent management, Performance Management using HR systems – ERP
    Good team player and eager to take added responsibilities
    Ensure team deliverables on time
    Handling escalations for the team
    Interact with teams/ individuals as part of formal/ informal groups so as to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about changes/ improvements
    Employee retention by ensuring a friendly and conducive environment.
    Floor Management – General & Facilities Administration
    Providing a patient hearing to employees and making sure that relevant ideas and suggestions from all levels are implemented without much delay.
    Expatriate Management
    Supporting business line manager by providing timely HR Support and Service Delivery.
    Managing Payroll, Insurance and Statutory compliances.
    Floor Management: Ensure policy adherence, issues pertaining to behavior and integrity, employee grievance handling, and roll out initiatives by Central Team.
    Internal Job Postings which include proposing selection criteria, running open houses, conducting assessments, short listing and interviewing internal candidates.
    Performance Management: Roll out of Appraisals (Mid Year and Annual), training on online performance management tool, partner with Training for workshops on soft skills for Supervisors and          above.
    Employee Engagement: Drawing up the communication calendar for Operations-HR interface through open houses, skip levels, sessions for team members and supervisors on policies and                 procedures.
    Retention and Exits: Conduct exit interviews; Facilitate Clearance; Attrition Analysis and reporting.
     Team or Individual interaction with people to understand about the organization and bring cultural changes.
    Setting up of HR Policies as an when require based on country specific.
