programming skills: Informix 4GL,Oracle 9i/10g,SQL,PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting
Primary  Knowledge in C, Core Java

Ø  Developed the code in Informix 4GL language for Liquor DC requirements
Ø  Unit Tested and fixed all the QC bugs.
Ø  Handling the user raised problems and solving them with in the time limit, to avoid breaching of SLA.
Ø  Effectively Communicating with the client at the times of Development queries
Ø  Received appreciations from client for the good deliveries
Ø  Attending the Team meeting by weekly to discuss about the status of assigned FBR’s
Status reporting to the team lead
Ø  Interacting with the client and understanding the business flow
Ø  Interacting with the client for analysing the various scenarios
Ø  Identification of functional and business requirement ‘gaps’ in order that change is managed through Change Management process.
Ø  Developed PL/SQL procedures as SOM Interface, and supported same thru analysing the tickets and solving the tickets.
Ø  Written Complex SQLs for serving the requirement and keeping business happy
Ø  Communicating with the client and clarifying day to day queries
Ø  Attending the status calls every week
Ø  Attending the Project Team meeting by weekly, in that meeting everyone has to discuss about the status of their BRs.
Status reporting to the team lead.
Ø  Handling the calls from customers and analysing the Production issues and fixing them within SLA.
Ø  Taking the ownerships to close the Production issue and escalating to appropriate stakeholders at right times.
Ø  Responding to customer service requests via E-mail, Phone or other communication channels and look for quick solvation.
Ø  Monitoring the UNIX Job Streams/failures and fixing them by analysing the Complex SQL Procedures.
Ø  In case of enhancements, actively gathering requirements from clients and designing the solutions.
Ø  Effectively communicating with client and closing the issues.
Ø  Attending the status calls on Client and onsite team.
Ø  Status reporting to onsite & offshore managers.
