·         In order to deliver the Brand Values to the Target Audience, finalization and implementation of a consistent overall 360 degree Communication Strategy for the Brand.
·         In order to build and communicate the Brand Identity , co-ordination with the Advertising Agency to develop and execute the Advt. Campaigns on a consistent basis.
·         Through Strategic Media Planning, increase the width and depth of Brand Communication to reach to the Target Audience in a most optimum manner.
·         Planning various Strategic Promotions & Events in different territories from time to time to fulfill short - term and long-term brand objectives.
·         To build Belmonte as a Brand by maintaining and strengthening the Brand Equity at a all level.
·         To develop and build the overall Positioning Strategies of the Brand and to sustain this positioning consistently over a period of time through various marketing tools.
·         In order to deliver the Brand Values to the Target Audience, finalization and implementation of a consistent overall Communication Strategy for the Brand.
·         Co-ordination with the Advertising Agency (Law & Kenneth) to develop and execute the Advt. Campaigns, in order to build and communicate the Brand Identity of Belmonte on a consistent level.
·         Through Strategic Media Planning, increase the width and depth of Brand Communication to reach to the Target Audience in a most optimum manner.
·         To optimize resources, a well planned comprehensive Budgeting Exercise and meeting these budgets without compromising the impact of the communication or liquidating the Brand Promise.
·         Planning various Strategic Promotions & Events in different territories from time to time to fulfill short - term and long-term brand objectives.
·         Managing the Corporate Communication & PR in various publications to maintain and strengthen the overall equity of Belmonte & SKNL.
·         Market Evaluation: Constant Competition Monitoring to keep abreast of competitive activities. Also using the various Market Research tools to understand the brand health on a regular basis.
·         To finalize the Marketing Plan for the region.
·         Timely and effective execution of the Marketing Calendar as per the Marketing Plan.
·         To increase the Walk Ins to the store thru various Promotions & Communication.
·         To have a consistent Communication Strategy for the Brand.
·         Measuring the effectiveness of the Marketing Plan and corrective measures.
·         Also to track the performance of each & every promotion and all other marketing activities and their direct impact on sales / walk ins / conversion / bill size etc.
·         To finalize and ensuring a strict control of the Marketing Budgets.
·         Effective Media Planning by finalization of the best media options available including Print / Electronic / Radio / Outdoors / Direct Mailers / E-mailers / SMS and events etc to ensure the maximum reach and optimization of the budgets.

  • Media Planning to reach to the Target Audience in a most optimum manner.
  • To increase the walk ins and conversions, planning and implementation of various National and Regional Promotions & Events.
  • Planning and implementation of Visual Merchandising & Retail Identity program across all the stores nationally to ensure a consistent look and brand experience.
