·         Handling All Ware House Activity.
·         Material Incoming - Check material is a goods condition, Check LR. Copy, Test Certificate, Tax Invoice, Octroi Receipt, Chalan, and tax detail, inform all contractors to material Available.
·         Material Issue – Check material availability; make material issue sleep, check stock palace, check quantity as per Client Requirement, Co- ordinate with Site In charge/ site Eng. & Sub Contractor.
·         MIS report on Receipts, Issues, Ageing of unused materials, Consumption/ reconciliation of unused/excess materials.
·         Stock Accounting, Stock Identification, stacking, Documentation.
·         Co-ordinate with our Project Manager/ Engineer and follow up with supplier for Material deliveries / schedules.
·         Handling Store and Logistics Activity
·         Arrange Transporter to Timely Dispatch Material
·         Make / Sure Material Stock  Statement
·         Co Ordinate with Vendor Goods Rcvd In Best Quality
·         Prepaired MIS Report
·         Co ordinate with site In charge, Octroi agent, & Transporter.                      

Ø  Delivering material as per delivery instruction received by Business Dept.
Ø  Negotiating & arranging Quality transporters as per our requirement.
Ø  Arranging loading & unloading agencies at effective prices.
Ø  Taking report from loading point or for Quantity or any coast insure for loading.
Ø  Follow up with transporters for Truck No. & Driver No.
Ø  Time bound activity for loading and Unloading of material.
Ø  Check the material or non availability calling up brokers & business Dept. for the same.
Ø  Preparing chalan & Informing to site for weighbridge & dispatch of material.
Ø  Arranging for octroi agent & unloading if it’s to be managed by us.
Ø  Checking section weight of material before material leave unloading point.
Ø  Updating details of truck to business dept. timely.
Ø  Submitting the delivery slip to business data co coordinator as soon as material is loaded.
Ø  Taking feedback from client about material condition and weight shortage after receipt of material.
Ø  Resolving all dispute of transporter, client etc on immediate. 
Ø  Timely delivery of material to customer with all required document.
Ø  Effective dispute management.
Ø  Effective internal reporting to business dept. & site.
Ø  Timely updating of delivery in software.
Ø  Timely updating of accurate delivery slip.
Ø  Creating new transporter & octroi base for each & every locations.
Ø  Handling All Over India Rail & Air Lines Booking.
Ø  Customer Query & Helping to air & Train Ticket Reservations & Cancellation.
Ø  Preparing M I S Report.
Ø  Entry in ERP System.
Ø  Send to all record to H O D.
